I am Liz, a practising GP and Life & Leadership Coach. I built The Quiet Shift because I needed it. I spent years being excellent at a life that was not fully mine — and I know exactly what it costs. Clinically, personally and spiritually.

I work at the intersection of neuroscience, identity development and self-leadership as the lived architecture of a life that actually fits.
